Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

We recommend booking an appointment to ensure prompt service, but we do our best to accommodate walk-ins whenever possible.

Do you provide estimates before repairs?

Yes. We diagnose the issue, review the findings with you, and provide a clear, transparent estimate before performing any work.

Are your repairs covered by a warranty?

Yes. We stand behind our work and offer warranties on parts and labor. Warranty length varies depending on the service and parts used.

How often should I service my vehicle?

Most vehicles benefit from service every 5,000–10,000 km, depending on driving habits and manufacturer recommendations. Regular maintenance helps prevent costly repairs later on.

Can I bring my own parts?

In most cases, yes—but please note that we cannot provide warranties on customer-supplied parts. We always recommend using high-quality parts we source ourselves.

Do you offer inspections for Uber, Lyft, or commercial vehicles?

Yes. We provide Safety Certifications and inspections for personal, rideshare, and commercial vehicles.

How long will my repair take?

Repair times vary depending on the job. Simple services like oil changes or inspections are usually done the same day, while larger repairs may take longer. We’ll always give you an accurate estimate before starting any work.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit, and cash. If you need alternative arrangements, feel free to ask.

What should I do if my Check Engine Light comes on?

Don’t panic—many issues are minor. However, it’s important to have the vehicle scanned and diagnosed promptly to prevent further damage.
